Job Description

Prescient Edge is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to support a federal government client.

Please note that the availability of this position is contingent upon contract award.

Job Requirements

Desired experience:

• Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Manage all necessary administrative support requirements, including but not limited to staffing, personnel management, contract financial management, accounting and reporting, scheduling, control and monitoring of mission support operations, task management, and coordination of responsible and efficient logistics support.
• Ensure timely updates and accuracy of all tasks: staffing plan; contract personnel travel and leave; facility accesses coordination; financial reports; and contract modifications and procurements.
• Manage Task Order(s) ensuring all tasks are complete and meet cost, schedule, and performance requirements.
• Coordinate with the Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), Government Site Lead, Government Program Manager, Technical Point of Contact (TPOC), contractor’s senior management and other stakeholders.
• Perform cost management/avoidance, schedule estimation and tracking, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance activities.
• Monitor, control and report on the technical progress, issues, risks, and problem areas.
• Develop, execute, document, update and maintain Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) and any other project quality related documents.
• Coordinate and track manpower and assets.
• Ensure personnel meet or exceed the required qualifications.
• Facilitate information exchange and meetings.

Desired education:

• Master’s Degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education: or have a bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related Senior experience for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the master’s degree.

Security Clearance:

• Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.

Location:

• Marine Corps Intelligence Activity, Quantico, VA.
